Ah, it's alright, I'm staying in Brighton, working on my summer project and so forth. I'm in the house on my own, it's great, I feel like a prince
I do miss uni though, seeing everybody's work and that, I'm trying to collaborate with Lucy and Lyall on some stuff but I think the hot summer sun has made them lethargic. So they're, I don't know, eating cakes and playing xbox and what good's that going to do them, eh?
If you're about in Brightland give me a shout, we can get a bagel and put small change into machines
I'm jealous, I wish I was in Brighton! It's been really nice seeing my home friends, but I miss reliable buses (I sat in a bus stop on Saturday for an hour and a half and three buses didn't show up) and being able to just go out and buy food, and stay up late without causing annoyance to people, and just... well, everything. It's not home here any more, it's my parents home which I am a visitor to, and that's WEIRD.
I miss uni too, although I've been having a bit of a personal crisis as regards the course, as I'm really not good enough... and despite trying to turn over a new leaf and try REALLY hard... this summer project is an absolute nightmare.
As I said, I really really want to go and work in a train station, (I'm not even sure why...) but equally, university is more important, so I must soldier on! I'm coming back to Brighton next week, for a week or so, so yeah, I'll let you know when I'm about and we can bagel. That's another thing I've missed so much you have no idea. Are Lucy and Lyall about too? x
